This pretty much sums up my experiences with M$ Windows.
I hear that some of their latest attempts are getting better.
However, I'm not going back

You may notice that this page is straightforward, simple, and easy to read.
I prefer function over beauty, I don't need to have a pretty background on my computer, I need to be able to see the information on it.

I don't pretend to be a web developer, However, I find that html is the most portable format for documentation,
as it can be read from any computer, regardless of the manufacturer, or the OS.

(few things are more painful than having documentation written in a format that is
specific to one platform, when it is that precise platform you are trying to fix.)
